Edge-to-edge quilting starts at one edge of the quilt and continues to the other side regardless of blocks, seams, or piecing. This type of quilting adds wonderful texture and allows the piecing and fabrics in the quilt top to remain the focus of your quilt.
Pantographs are continuous line quilting pattern designs on a paper roll and used on longarm quilting machines to achieve edge-to-edge quilting. Low to average density quilting runs .02 / square inch, with high density quilting at .025 / square inch.
