I’ve had a stash of Christmas fabrics at the ready for a couple of years now, and finally found time this December to make some Christmas quilts. This one uses a background fabric full of Santa’s reindeer, with vintage scenes of holiday preparation embroidery, bordered in red and green poinsettias. The red plaid for the back finishes the homespun feel, and is carried over to the front with a flange to the wide binding. With two matching pillows, this quilt is perfect for naps on cold winter days!
