While every effort is made to provide the highest level of craftsmanship and quality in all Longsmith Cottage products, please understand that all products and services are handcrafted and will reflect this human quality rather than a mechanized/mass-produced one.  By ordering a Custom Quilt, Long Arm Quilting Services, or an item from the Cottage Sundries Shop, you are acknowledging that you are aware of the handcrafted nature of the product.

Returns

Neither returns or cancellations (once work has commenced) are accepted for Custom Quilts and Long Arm Quilting Services, due to the custom nature of the work.

Return of items purchased from the Cottage Sundries Shop must be approved prior to the return.  Please email Katie Longsmith at Katie.Longsmith@gmail.com with your return request.
