While every effort is made to provide the highest level of craftsmanship and quality in all Longsmith Cottage products, please understand that all products and services are handcrafted and will reflect this human quality rather than a mechanized/mass-produced one.  By ordering a Custom Quilt or Long Arm Quilting Services, you are acknowledging that you are aware of the handcrafted nature of the product.

Returns

Neither returns or cancellations (once work has commenced) are accepted for Custom Quilts and Long Arm Quilting Services, due to the custom nature of the work.
